SAREA offers a full range of education and training courses for estate agents. This includes RPL and full training towards the new legislated qualifications, as well as short courses in specific areas like property law, sales and marketing, financial skills, and personal development. We have also introduced online learning that will make becoming qualified accessible and user-friendly! The experience of classroom-style training packed into an easy-to-use online learning platform for the tech-savvy learner. Face-to-face classroom style learning with an experienced facilitator. Ongoing learner support from experienced facilitators for all course types. The RPL process is used in the real estate sector to qualify existing full-status agents against the Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF4), and existing principals against the National Certificate in Real Estate (NQF5). If the intern qualifies, then he/she will be admitted to the RPL process. If not, he/she will be diverted to full intern training. Bursaries Services Seta bursaries have fallen away since the introduction of the mandatory grant/rebates. Seats are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. Prices quoted are per person (incl VAT) and include all course materials, venue hire and refreshments, assessments and certification. If you haven’t yet attended a course through SAREA, now is your chance to experience and benefit from our world-class training and knowledgeable facilitators! Can be bought upfront or after expiration of original licence. Can be bought up front or after expiration of additional licence. We know that you might well not have the benefit of a mentor to help you with your logbook OR if you do have a mentor, they are probably very busy doing their own jobs! Because the Logbook is an essential element to qualifying as a full status estate agent, we want to give you the best guidelines to assist you to complete it!; Videos, graphics, text and checklists to help you to complete the logbook. If you are currently completing your intern training through us, you will have access to the logbook support on your course. You also have the option of purchasing the logbook support through the e-learning platform for additional assistance! In our support, we cover everything from the projects to how to record your activities. We help you to generate a comprehensive understanding of the logbook, it’s structure as well as the 10 projects and record of activities to be kept over the period of 12 months.
